Sales data on this website is based on MLS data from counties in Northeast TX.  This data will be
updated twice a year.  The sales included in this sale analysis will represent sales made by Realtors®
and reported to the NTREIS Multiple Listing Service for North Texas counties.   They do not include
sales by real estate agents who are not members of the Texas Realtors Association, those who report to a
different MLS, or for sales by owner where a licensed realtor was not involved in the sale.

At this time we have NTREIS MLS data calculated for Van Zandt (2008-2010), Kaufman (2009)& Rains
(2009)Counties.  Please check back for updated information on these counties plus other East TX counties
which may be added if sufficient sales are available thru our MLS.
