Sales data on this website is based on MLS data from counties in Northeast TX.  This data will be
updated twice a year.  The sales included in this sale analysis will represent sales made by Realtors®
and reported to the Multiple Listing Service for their county or city.   They do not include sales by
real estate agents who are not members of the Texas Realtors Association who report to an MLS or
for sales by owner where a licensed realtor was not involved in the sale.

At this time we have MLS data calculated for Van Zandt and Kaufman Counties.  Please check back for
information on other East TX counties which will be added as soon as that info is available.
